Authentic Japanese Nambu Tekki cast iron wind chime/gardening decor bell/house decoration in the shape of watermelon.
The motif is a watermelon that has been split, and it has a jagged silhouette.
The design is devised so that the watermelon is slanted and the red fruit inside is visible when hung.
The chime has rich green/black colour outside and shiny metallic red inside.

Made in Japan (Iwate Prefecture) by Oitomi blacksmith shop.
"Oitomi was founded in 1848 at Ôshû City, Iwate Prefecture, Japan by the first generation named Oikawa Rigenta. The history of Oitomi, which began with the tea ceremony, has been handed down for more than 170 years."
