"This notebook is created by Ghibli Museum × Haibara Chiyogami collaboration (Haibara is a long-established Japanese paper shop with a history of 200 years).
It is a unique design that combines Haibara's traditional design with the characters of the movies "My Neighbor Totoro". If you look closely, you can see Totoro, Makkuro Kurosuke, and acorns as well as longevity trees and flowers.

The chiyogami called "Yuzen paper" was used. It was printed by applying the technique of "Yuzen dyeing" for dyeing kimono. Chiyogami refers to Japanese hand-screened decorative kozo washi paper consisting of repetitive patterns. Chiyogami is so strong and durable that you can sew on it and use it in textile art.

It is a carefully finished notebook with high-quality paper that is smooth to write on and thread binding that opens 180 degrees."
